Welcome

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Program Directors Approval

Before you submit a request, check with your Program Director to get their approval. Only PD approved faculty can submit ticket requests.

Templates for subject outlines, subject planners, assessment briefs etc are found on My Torrens Teaching & Learning.

Help Topics

Assessment Changes: Updates in assessment type, wording, weighting or rubric. Please provide updated PDF Assessment briefs to match your requests. Ensure vertical ASM/ASO submits a corresponding subject outline to match assessment change.

Blackboard Page/Organisation: Changes to page or organisation outside of a subject.

Content Changes: Minor revisions to modules in existing subjects. Provide specific instructions around content and locations to make changes. Use screenshots where possible.

Learning Activities: Change learning activities within subject. Provide new activity and ensure it aligns with learning outcomes.

Subject Outline: Submit an updated subject outline in PDF, approved by L&T. Only to be submitted by the ASM or ASO for compliance reasons. 

Textbook/Links: Request to update textbooks and links. Please ensure to provide the library links to resources.
